Shipping Policy

1) Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Any delays due to high order volumes will be communicated via email, should they occur. 

2) Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

3) Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Each order will receive a confirmation email, containing their order number, once the order is placed and shipped. A tracking number is provided with eligible shipping methods.

4) Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Auger Agriculture is not responsible for any additional duties, customs or import fees incurred after a purchase is made. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any such additional costs.

5) Damages, Theft, and Lost Packages

Auger Agriculture is not responsible for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please call the shipment carrier or support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
