Refund policy
To be eligible for a return your item/order must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be accompanied by the original packaging
- You have 30 days to return the product
- Name
- Order number
- Items being returned
- If you want your refund in the form of original payment or for store credit
Refunds (if applicable)
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the return is approved. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and your method of payment will be refunded, or you can receive the store credit towards your next order.
**Refunds can be for money back or store credit.
If you are not sure if you have received a refund please check your credit card, PayPal account or whichever payment method was used. If you have done this and have not received your refund yet, please email us at info@augerag.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not eligible for returns.
